    “He doesn’t want any of us to go and share in the glory, so he can go alone. He’ll be fine. He always is.” Dustin exclaimed, standing up from his chair.

     

    This takes place during the S5 timeline. I loved what we got of Steve and Dustin's fight and make-up in the actual show, but I felt like we were missing a little dialogue. I hated the way it cut off after the hug and they didn't get to see what they said right after, and them calling each other best friends was cute too, but I was still left wanting a bit more. So this is just another way it could have gone with Dustin mourning Eddie, taking it out on Steve, and finally them making up. Whole story is posted!
