Touring America is enough of a reason to drive someone to drink, much less the empty pit in his very soul.
Ezra Fell is a nurse in California, overworked and short-staffed. He's just about ready to head home to London where the rest of his family is. He doesn't even know why he's stuck around this long after finishing residency early, something just felt right about staying just a little longer.

Summary
