  Summary

  Come the events taking place after the eclipse cannon explosion, Sonic is left to hide his own emotions, shadowed by the thought to keep his family safe - believing his feelings are selfish and wrong to have as he suffers the death of Shadow the Hedgehog.

  Meanwhile, across the ruins of the ‘Ark’ and unexpected bean emerges from the rubble, revealing to G.U.N the seeming deceased Maria Robotnik, Granddaughter of Gerald Robotnik alive. But now no longer human and her memories completely wiped from her years being one, now seen as a valuable weapon at the disposal of G.U.N - and play thing for Commander Rockwell.

  Yet, Shadow had been recaptured by G.U.N following the explosion but when his time comes to escape - Maria Robotnik transformed into ‘Project Chaos’ will be ordered to kill Shadow and later Sonic too.
