Jaime sighed in frustration. His new assistant was too uptight. She was a stickler of rules and he couldn't fire her because she was directly appointed by Tywin Lannister. All the assistants he had before were either frustrated or hooked up with him. However, this woman somehow was immune to the Jaime Lannister charm.
Tyrion asked, "What is it? Why are you so grumpy, dear brother?"
"My new assistant. She's too uptight, ugly and I hate her." Jaime replied.
"Good for you. At least you won't hook up with her." Tyrion teased.
"You are having way too much fun with this."

The first night after they left Harrenhall, Jaime saw her sitting alone by the fire away from the other Bolton men, who were laughing and singing bawdy songs. She was still in that poor excuse of a dress, which was now even in a worse state. She didn’t want Qyburn’s assistance, so he gave her some ointment for her wounds. Jaime couldn’t see her struggling anymore. Ever since he confessed about Aerys to her, he didn’t have any words to explain his weird feeling for her.

Brienne Tarth could be described with a lot of words, but ‘pretty’ isn’t one of them. When her best friend Renly asks her if she is going to bring a date to his wedding, she says yes on a whim. There is only one problem: Brienne can count the amount of dates she’s had in her life on one hand and she has no clue where to get a date on such short notice. Then she meets the extremely handsome and arrogant Jaime Lannister at Renly’s bachelor party. He offers her a deal: she has to pretend to be his date for the wedding, so he can make his ex-girlfriend jealous. Can something that started as a deal grow to be something more?
