It’s been months since Ellie and Joel returned to Jackson to recover and live. All seems well until a girl, Sue Mariam, gains an unhealthy attachment to Joel. Her delusions, both about Joel caring for her and the kind of person he is, create uncomfortable situations for Joel and Ellie. Will she be stopped before she becomes dangerous? Or is the threat of social awkwardness worse than anything our heroes have faced thus far?
A dramatic lampooning of some of the original character/reader fics I’ve seen proliferating the fandom. This is not meant to insult anyone who likes to read or write those kinds of fics, or bash any individual OC or Y/N character or work. It is only here to put a different spin on some of the common tropes.
