Summary
Tim drake is settling into his new role as Robin, learning what it is to be part of a family, and slowly healing day by day. With the addition of Cass to the family, and then of Stephanie Brown as well, things go pretty well for a while for the Waynes, despite the new difficulties Tim, Cass, and Steph are all navigating with their respective parents. But in an international plot to take down Gotham city, a whole lot of Batdad taking care of traumatized kids, and a serious epidemic where no one is safe anymore, and it’s going to take everything the Batfam has if they're going to save Gotham this time.

In true Bruce fashion, Batman left Gotham for Paris on a simple “help Diana with a stolen artifact and meet a couple business clients as a cover” mission and somehow returned four days late with two cracked ribs, a box of authentic French fruit tarts, and a whole entire child following him off of the plane.

Peter didn't plan any of this. He didn't plan to fall into the arc reactor holding a mysterious, glowing metal ball he grabbed off an alien. He didn't plan to wake up screaming and in pain outside of a strange city. He didn't plan to go to Gotham, New Jersey.
He might not have planned it, but he's here now. Now Peter needs to find a way home with no ID, no money, and seemingly no way to contact Doctor Strange or anyone else back home for help. But perhaps the wheelchair-bound librarian, a dangerous man with probable ties to crime, and a young genius can help him figure out how to get home.
That is if Spider-man can get on the good side of the local Bats.

At first, he was grateful to have more time with May and to get to grow up and all that, but once the initial shock wore off, the realities of life were catching up with him and he was beginning to question whether this had been a good thing after all.

“Important crime things,” Jason emphasizes. “Make Wingdick do it.”Jason doesn't think much of it when Tim needs his help, or Damian moves in, or even when Dick turns up looking beat all to hell. But at some point he realizes that he might be the best option his brothers have to recover from the cycle of violence that Batman has set up, and all he can think is that things were much easier when he was the villain.

The first problem regarding this arises when the people who think that Peter is Tony's son kidnap him for ransom.
The second problem regarding this arises when one of the people who kidnaps Peter turns out to be Mac Gargan, the Scorpion, and he's hungry for revenge.

Imagine my surprise.”Peter Parker attempts to juggle being Spider-Man, a high school student, and traumatized all at the age of sixteen. Aunt May does her best to be supportive of her superhero nephew and Ned is always there to be his Guy in the Chair. Sometimes, it's still too much for Peter. When he thinks things can't get even more complicated, a villain inserts itself into the mix. When Tony Stark decides to awkwardly step in, he tries to help Peter understand that his own health needs to come before Spider-Man. Peter isn't sure if he agrees.
