The individual Carol, Star Sapphire 1-9-6-2, was always saying was a 'stain’ against the Zamaron’s Star Sapphires Corps?

“You’re joking right” he teased assuming this was just Sinestro trying his hand at humor “please tell me your joking. Surely a 6 year old human child isn’t THE Sparrow”
“You are correct” Sinestro agreed flatly a small smile forming upon his face as Hal relaxed at his response “a 6 year old human child is not THE Sparrow”
“Oh thank-“ Hal started only to get cut off as Sinestro finished his thoughts.
