However their are a few conversations that need to be had. And telling someone you love them is somehow more terrifying than fighting your own father, again.
Basically Sokka and Zuko finally get together, not knowing that the others had been watching them fall in love the entire time.

They were gonna have an entire week off, that means that Seonghwa finally has time to seduce their captain, and officially pull his head out of his ass.
Knowing that this is gonna take time, he prepares for at least three and a half days to themselves before all the kids come back. Seonghwa isn't going to waste precious alone time, nor is he gonna wait any longer for Hongjoong to get his shit together.
