Summary
The heat is overwhelming once back in the car, but Kevin bears it only for the shivering form in the backseat. He keeps an eye on him, glancing into the rearview as often as he can while maintaining safety as he drives, but Peralta never notices. Raymond's coat is almost comically large on him—the sleeves hanging over his palms and the shoulders too wide for the young man's smaller frame. It would be reminiscent of a little boy playing dress up in his dad's clothing if it weren't for the fact that Peralta is not only an adult, but one that they had found near frozen on a bench in the middle of the night. His head is down, wet hair dripping rivulets onto his face, and his arms are wrapped tightly around his body like a lonely hug.
It's such a pitiful sight that Kevin feels something inside of him crack. Raymond's hand, still a little cold from being outside, slips into his and squeezes.
“You know,” Peralta's voice cuts through the silence of the car, “my dad showed up again.”Or
Jake's dad returns and causes an upheaval in his life that no one is sure he can come back from.

In which Cody becomes an anonymous poet after the war and his brothers find out.
Rex launches forwards immediately and so does Bly, because he can admit to himself that he likes gifts. He likes gifts a whole lot more than Cody and Wolffe, anyway, who both act like martyrs who don’t need any material love. “Poetry, vod?” Bly asks, incredulous. “Cody’s right, you are going soft.”
“It’s by a clone,” Fox says, defensively, “it’s quite good, actually. For poetry. It made Sergeant Hound cry at the service.”

Particularly surprising is the open and affectionate way that Obi-Wan Kenobi treats his friends - something Cody apparently is. Where is the natural border of friendship, and at what point does it become something more?

Summary
Obi-Wan had learned many things about his commander in the year they had known each other, since their first meeting at the start of the war. He saw Cody fight, learned that he was disciplined and militaristic, but wouldn’t hesitate to throw a brutal punch at a droid if the situation called for it. He learned that Cody was honorable—he was kind and measured, serious but caring, and always put his duty first.
His most surprising discovery was that his methodical and practical Marshal Commander had, as it turned out, resounding success in the field of romance.
Or, five times Cody flirts with someone else, and one time he flirts with Obi-Wan Kenobi.

"Senator," Rex says on the approach, and takes her hand in his when they meet in the middle. Padme catches sight of her husband over his shoulder as he dips to kiss the back of her gloved palm, and the look on his face is nothing short of endearing — pink brushed high across his cheekbones, eyes darting from Rex to Padmé and back like he doesn't know who to focus his attention on, his hands hidden in his sleeves and more than likely clutched together tightly.
"Commander," Padmé returns as he straightens, and gives him a smile that might be a little personal for the event, but not for him. Not with Anakin hovering like this one night might make or break him. "It's a pleasure to finally meet you on more equal footing."
Rex's smile warms. Their hands linger for a moment, his callouses rough in all the places she would expect even through thin lace, before he lets her go. His eyes are very, very brown, crinkling slightly at the corners, and for once he looks young.
After the end of the war, Padmé does a little flirting and a little matchmaking.

Cody feels the eyes of the two Jedi and Fox turn toward him and he sits up straighter. Obi-Wan presses even further into his side and Cody raises an arm to curl around his Jedi’s waist, fingers splaying possessively over his ribs. Fox tracks the movement with dark eyes.
"If it’s lessons you want, Vos, I can give them to you. But I need to know you can listen, first," Cody responds with a deep voice, purposefully putting on an edge of that commanding tone that has Obi-Wan subconsciously reacting, squirming almost imperceptibly at his side.
Fox huffs a dark chuckle next to his lover and assures Cody, "Oh, he can listen, vod."-
It's the end of the world and what better way to spend it than with your two best friends, Corellian whiskey, and a totally perfectly innocent game of strip-sabaac?

“You need sex, General,” Bones said flatly. “It’s a biological drive, and your body is suffering without it. We’ll take care of you and make sure you’re never neglected again.”
(Or: When Ghost Company finds out that Stewjoni’s have high sex drives that affect them on a physical level, they offer to help. Obi-Wan doesn’t need much convincing before he says yes.)

Everyone has one small, slightly miraculous, deeply inconsequential thing they can do: always breaking something perfectly in equal halves, a coin flipped always landing on the side, drawing perfectly straight lines without trying. Everyone offers this thing about themself upon introduction, as a gesture of... good will, so to say. Friendliness? Lack of aggression.
Cody's noticed, though, that his new general in this war they're fighting doesn't tell anyone what the thing he does is.

There are very few people who know that. Most of them are dead.
“Glory,” Ben continues. “Kote. Cody. It is you, isn’t it?”
“You know me,” Cody manages. “How do you know me?”
Ben reaches up towards his own helmet, very slowly. Cody is helpless as he pulls it off, lets it rest in the space between them, and looks Cody dead in the eye for the first time in six years.
“You said it yourself,” Obi-Wan Kenobi says. “You killed me.”

Jim wrote a romance novel just to prove he could. Then someone leaked it on the public Starfleet server, and suddenly his embarrassingly smutty and sentimental Human/Vulcan love story is all over campus. Luckily for Jim, no one knows that he’s the author. Unluckily for Jim, someone forwarded the novel to the staff of the Vulcan embassy. Now, every Vulcan in San Francisco is reassessing the logical merits of taking Human bondmates.
Spock reads a Human/Vulcan romance novel because he can hardly avoid it. Suddenly, he is consumed by the need to locate the author, ascertain their wellbeing, and instruct them in the way of Vulcan mating bonds. Luckily for Spock, it doesn't take long to identify the author as Jim Kirk. Unluckily for Spock, Jim is unconscious and surrounded by interested Vulcans who also read the book.

"What did you do?" Yuuri mutters as Viktor takes off his coat and scarf.
Viktor's mouth moves soundlessly for a moment, then gestures for a pencil and pad. Yuuri yanks his way through several drawers and finally finds a grocery list pad and an old charcoal. He throws them in Viktor's direction and shuffles into the kitchen to turn the kettle on. Viktor tugs on his sleeve eventually, like a timid child, and Yuuri turns to see what he's written.
"A succubus?" Yuuri demands, teeth going on edge. "Viktor, oh my God. What did you do?"Or: Viktor needs to stop finding new and creative ways to get himself hexed. Yuuri is Suffering.
