Elrond gulped and tried to start again. "Remember the list of rules you gave us long ago. Remember the number eight?"
Maglor raised his eyebrows. Then after it slowly sunk in, gasped in horrified realization. "Please, do not tell me you have set a ship on fire, Elrond!"
Elrond grimaced.
"No, I did not set a ship on fire…" -
"Thank the Valar!" A sigh of relief.
"…but I've set several ships on fire. The entire shipyard should be in flames by now."Elrond had lost the majority of his family through these ages. But he was going to change this! It shall take him only a few kidnappings, burning ships, some theft, defiance against the Valar and a break-in to Mandos to smuggle himself and his beloved, much-missed family back into Valinor. Consequences be damned! They were all a problem for future-Elrond.
In which Elrond tries to get his fathers back in an ill-advised Fëanorian-style, tries to force them to get along, causes headaches all around to the rest of his family and makes Galadriel nearly start another kinslaying.

Summary
The Hidden Leaf Village in Naruto's time seems to have forgotten just why the village was founded and have lost their way. Through a mishap with a hiraishin seal, Tobirama finds himself during Naruto's time and he is having none of this nonsense. His brother may be gone, but he won't stand to have Hashirama's dream trampled so.
And if he has to cause a civil war or burn the village down to the ground? Well that depends on how much resistance he meets.
All Tobirama does know for certain is that no child will suffer underneath the protection of Konoha and if he has to take them in and care for them himself, then he will.
