The man huffed a laugh at his expression and nodded.
The shorter man groaned loudly, pinching the bridge between his eyebrows, standing up and approaching.
“Oh, Jesus, dude, I’m so sorry! My terrifying sword skills must have scared the lights out of you!”
The Scientist brushed him off.
“Don’t worry about it, man. I don’t doubt for a second that Tango deserves it.”
At his words, Bdubs grew suddenly serious, crossing his arms resolutely.
“He does. Your boyfriend is an asshole. I hope he gets leprosy and dies.”
OR: An AU where Soulmates randomly swap bodies for a couple of minutes and Zed momentarily ends up in Secret Life.

Jimmy kinda had to admit: he might be in a little over his head. Just a smidgen.
Rock dust showered down over him as another shot hit the rock he was sheltering behind, his hat keeping most of it from his eyes. He clutched his hat as he ducked forward. Raising his revolver, he shakily checked his rounds, finding three bullets still in the chambers. A hand groped around for his ammunition pouch on his belt, drawing a few rounds out and trying to load them with a shaking hand.
He found the right poster and held it up, glancing between the sketched face beneath the ‘Wanted: Dead or Alive’ and the man in front of him.
Yep, that was Tango Tek alright.

Summary
All Dustin Harrington wants for Christmas is to see Corroded Coffin in concert. It's their last tour for the foreseeable future and within driving distance from home; so in fourteen year old Dustin's mind, it's his only chance EVER to see them. Steve tries frantically to make it happen and is saved at the last minute by a wild idea from Robin. Steve is shocked when he actually pulls off getting Dustin the tickets, but he's even more surprised at the show when he realizes the band they're there to see is filled with familiar faces. And one face in particular that he's more than a little excited to see again.
