Tav has been through a lot, the elder brain being only the recent hardships in a long line of others. There wasn't a time she could remember that she wasn't the one shouldering the hurt and pain of others. The whole illithid journey took the most toll on her out of it all. However, she was past it now. Now she spent her days hanging out with Rolan and his siblings, only shouldering the weight of an unspoken crush. So when she finally decides to confess her feelings, and Rolan seems less than thrilled about the idea, she runs.

And will the young boy with an explosive personality and a bone to pick get in the way of his secret plans.
Suddenly what seemed to be a simple hero course has Hana's life turned upside down and she's not sure she dislikes it. -
