Summary
Rumi Ryu, fresh out of an emotionally and physically abusive relationship, is finally ready to move out of her aunt’s house and into her own space. She settles on a small apartment building in a quiet part of Seoul, where she can see herself flourishing, hopefully.
Mira Kang and Zoey Cho have lived in the building for ages now and haven't had a neighbor in months. Probably because the rent price was outrageous, but they’re able to afford it together. When a mysterious, quiet and heavily guarded purple-haired stranger moves in next door, Zoey immediately begins “operation befriend the neighbor”. Mira is just along for the ride.Or: shy, quiet Rumi moves into the apartment next to Mira and Zoey. Love and chaos (good and bad) ensue.

Rumi’s eyes narrowed. “When did you get so spoiled, baby?” she asked calmly, not rising to the challenge of Mira’s bratty words. She didn’t need to raise her voice or get angry to drive home her control; Zoey felt it as strongly as if Rumi’s hand was around her neck. Clearly Mira felt the same, because she shuddered, staring up at Rumi with wide eyes. “You know, I think I let you two get away with too much. In here I let you have your fun. I let you be in charge because I like it and it’s hot.”
She turned her glare towards Zoey, who was perched on the edge of her seat in the armchair. “But I’ve been too lax with you, hm? You forgot that out there, I’m the leader. You listen to me. And since you decided to bring your little games out of our home and into our work, I think you both need a reminder of who’s really in charge.”

Zoey wins a bet and makes Mira wear a remote-controlled vibrator on a day of back-to-back interviews. Rumi isn't happy with how reckless they are once she finds out, and takes it upon herself to remind them that she's the one in charge.

Zoey is a lighting technician who was brought in last minute to help with Ryu Rumi's world tour. She ends up saving Rumi's life her first day on the job, and Rumi takes her out to lunch to thank her. They hit it off and became great friends. Rumi even gets to meet her girlfriend! Rumi obviously isn't homophobic, but for some reason, she gets a prickly feeling when she sees them together.

Rumi's pregnancy changed everything.
Now retired from idol life the girls of Huntr/x are focusing all their energies on being moms; taking care of each other as they grow a tiny baby into a whole-ass adult human. Every day is a new journey, and Mira is discovering that no matter how many parenting books you devour on the subject you're still bound to mess up from time to time.
