Summary
The universe doesn't seem destined to give Carlos and TK a break. When TK wakes up thinking its 2017, neither of them are sure what to do. TK doesn't remember Carlos, but he feels safe with him. Carlos still feels like home to TK. Meanwhile, Carlos wants more than anything to be there for TK, but he doesn't know if he can go back to the start. TK worries that he won't be enough. Carlos worries that his feelings will be too much. Will TK get his memories back or can they find their way again together without them?

Really an enjoyable read and such a unique amnesia story too. I loved how you got into both of their heads when dealing with this situation, with TK angry at the secrets and overwhelmed with dealing with grief and feelings, and Carlos just trying to hold it together and not choosing the best way to do that. Great comparison between his purchase of the loft and his deciding not to tell TK about his mom. Great job, thx for sharing!!❤️

Summary
Carlos's last call had gone very long, and when he could finally check his phone he was horrified to discover 8 missed calls and dozens of texts from TK, Owen, and assorted other members of the 126. He’s been able to gather that TK broke his foot, that TK is stupid, that Mateo was involved, that Mateo is stupid, that Buttercup had something to do with it, but it was absolutely not his fault, and there was a cat who might be a sweet baby angel (according to TK) but also might be the spawn of Satan. So Carlos is a little confused.
In which TK and Mateo get a cat out of a tree.
