  Summary

  Alberu meets a strange crow half buried in desert sands, despite the better half of his mind telling him it's a bad idea- and that something was wrong with this crow- Alberu decides to take it back to the palace anyway. His own stepmother tries to kill him near daily, what else could happen? (Turns out, quite a lot.)
