“No.” Tony shook his head, heart beating wild and rapid, the monitors he was hooked up to a cacophony of sound. “You might have missed it, Strange, but last time I tried to prepare the world for what was coming, half the universe died. “You’re going to regret it,” Tony said quietly. The beeping of the monitors had slowed, the panic had faded away leaving only a quiet exhaustion.
“I don’t think so.” And Strange sounded so sure.
Tony closed his eyes. He wanted to say no, wanted to let go of the weight of the world that had already crushed him. But he couldn’t do that. Couldn’t do that when Strange had used his last chance to save the world, banking on him. “Alright.” He swallowed hard, forcing himself to nod. “Okay. Send me back.”

That’s not unusual, per say.
Kids from Crime Alley, from the Narrows? They make the news all the time, and he knows, or knew, a lot of ‘em. They’re always warnings, tragic and broken, and even if they don’t use the kids’ names, he can usually recognize the faces the headlines are paired with.
They aren't usually being labeled as "domestic terrorists" on national television, though. But maybe Percy Jackson's just always been an outlier. Jason remembers he was a pretty weird kid, from the very few times they met.

Months ago. It had been months since he’d last seen them, and there was a permanent ache in his chest from how badly he missed them. An ache he was only letting himself feel now, after months of forcing it away into the Void.
This news did seem to startle Tam, far more than the revelation of two partners had. “The Queen,” he repeated. “So then, you’re about to become a father?”
Rand stared at him. About to become…? “What are you talking about?” he said, heart in his throat.
