Ezreal squirmed against the lockers, his hands gripping Kayn’s wrist, trying to pry him off. "But you're pressing me!" he protested, his voice rising slightly in frustration.
And that was when it had to happen.
A flash of red appeared in his peripheral vision, and before Kayn could react, the most beloved girl in the entire school came into view. The golden student, the star of every social circle, the Academy’s sweetheart. Her bright blue eyes were wide with horror as she took in the scene, her neatly manicured fingers clad in stylish gloves pointing directly at him.
A deep breath. A sharp intake of air. And then—
"What are you doing to him, you BULLY!"

Kayn becomes known as Ezreal's personal bully after a misunderstanding.

Kaeya sniffed the air exaggeratedly, the corner of his mouth twitching. "You’re high as a kite, aren’t you?"
"I am... elevated," Diluc corrected sagely, pointing a finger upward as if addressing the heavens. "It is a state of higher consciousness. The shackles of mortality... or at least, the shackles of the quarterly tax reports... have been loosened."
He patted the empty space on the chaise lounge next to him, the velvet cushion bouncing slightly under his hand. "Sit. The stars are singing. I think they want a duet."
Kaeya looked at his brother—this brooding, stiff-necked tyrant of Mondstadt who was currently trying to braid a lock of his own red hair and failing miserably because his fingers weren't cooperating with his brain—and a grin tugged at the corner of his mouth. This was comedy gold. This was blackmail material that could last him a decade. This was an opportunity too good to pass up.

Summary
Jiang Cheng had a bright future ahead of him. He was an up-and-coming track and field star, set on competing in higher divisions. Had, was the keyword because he developed a disease that crushed that bright future in front of him. Perhaps in his next life, he could be much healthier than he was post-disease.
That didn't mean reincarnating as the villain Jiang Wanyin from the book Dukedom's Heir, whom he despised the most, though. Whoever thought this was a good idea can choke.
