"No, actually, it was right as I was feeling ready to reach... my finale." Dennis huffed, shooting another glare at Mac. "Which really ruined my whole mood when this man here went SOFT and pissed while inside me."
"You know I didn't mean to, dude! How many times do I have to say that!"

Summary
The guy holds out his hand, wanting a handshake, and Mac figures it out and returns it. That’s it. There’s no name, but Mac doesn’t need a name, because the guy then leads him to all the alcohol, and they take a shot together, and then the guy is taking Mac’s hand and to a couch in a quieter part of the house, but that isn’t right. He doesn’t know why he’s letting this guy take him places, why he keeps staring at his pink lips, why he thinks that maybe, just maybe, this could be the night where his horrible dream will come true. But no, they put different blankets on, sitting on opposite ends of the couch, and the guy doesn’t even smile at Mac, and they’re both so drunk, and this could be it if the guy didn't keep talking.

Summary
Dennis finally relents and accepts a proposal to go out on a proper romantic date with Mac on the one condition Mac pays, and that they’d—of course—go to Guigino's. It was just supposed to be like having their monthly dinners, but the night surprisingly turns in favour of Mac’s crush. The date goes well—so well, in fact, that Mac and Dennis actually start dating.
It's just too bad that even months later, Dennis refuses to let Mac tell anyone, let alone the rest of the gang, when all Mac wants to do is flaunt the fact that one of his romantic endeavours was finally successful, and with his longtime crush nonetheless.
Mac honours this secret because he just wants Dennis to be happy. That is, until he finally snaps.

"I dunno, dude. I think that's a reach." Charlie shrugged.
"What if we pretended to be in love?"
Charlie practically goddamn choked on his coffee, putting the mug down as his eyes bulged wide and his face turned red. He felt his heart stop dead, but couldn't place why. "What?! What the hell would that do?"

Mac's been spending more time with Grindr hookups with Dennis. So of course Dennis has to make a fake Grindr account just to get Mac to talk to him. He totally doesn't miss Mac or anything. And he's not even gay. There's just things around the apartment that need getting done and Mac's totally better at that stuff then him.
Or: the one where Dennis catfishes Mac and tries to pretend he wasn't in love with him this whole time.
