Summary
Kite answered the phone after the fifth ring and put it up to his ear. “Hello Killua.”
“Hey Kite!” He chirped. He wasn’t out of breath, and there weren’t any noises behind him. Honestly, Kite had expected an explosion or something.
“Why are you calling me? I was reading.” He said as calmly as he could muster right now.
“Right, yeah. So- quick question, didn’t know who else to ask. How do you get- wait, what is it?” He sounded like he was turned away from the phone. Kite heard a small voice from the other side of the call, but couldn’t make out what it was saying. “Estrogen? Right. How do you get estrogen?”
Kite nearly dropped the phone. Of all the things Killua could be calling about. He’s calling about estrogen. That was just- such a loaded question to be asking him. “Why,” he finally asked, “Do you need estrogen?”
The small voice came from Killua’s side, and he heard the phone jostle a little bit against the boy. “Uh, would you believe me if I said no reason?”
Killua tries to get his sister estrogen. He has mixed results.
