I love this, this is exactly what I wanted for the three of them, just a sense of how they navigate life in the physical spaces of home, of travelling, in bed, and how they balance each other out in the best ways. Takuzo knowing where things are and being forthright about the things they need; Shinpei looking out for them and reminding them about the little relational things; Mia making their place a home and being bossy when they need her to be.

This is one of my favourite IVE MVs, it's got so much beautiful and intriguing visual imagery to think about. This fic does a lovely job of following the individual paths the girls take and wonder - why are they apart (and often, sad) when they were so happy together? - then draws them all back into the same house and back into each other's hearts. It's going to linger in my head for a while!

As their 20th college reunion beckons, Jules - fresh from a divorce - is afraid to see Jess again, and then we go back to college years in flashbacks to see how we got from best friends to here. I feel like this does so much with 4000 words! This feels like such a possibility post-movie, and it flows naturally, managing to catch us up on the intervening years without losing the drive towards getting them together (again). Really enjoyed it.

This is many many things that I wanted from a story making sense of the Dream()scape teaser videos (which is great because it's a gift for me and it's awesome!!). The author does such a good job of having multiple conversations within a scene - between characters, between dialogue and the Morse coding, between this video world and the real life dynamics of NCT Dream - I love how meta it is while being a really well formed narrative about this dystopian world in and of itself. It nails the dynamic I find so fascinating between Jaemin and Chenle - the way they weren't close previously and then they've accelerated into this teasing, knowing, comfortable relationship where it feels like they've finally gotten in tune with each other; but it also weaves in some of the other interesting Jaemin-centric ships, as well as that 7dream fated connection. It's a great read and so beautifully put together.

I'm always amazed at those who can write the Blackadder voice so well...tone and rhythm of this is just like the show. Pitch black humour perfectly calibrated to have me crying in despair and laughing at the same time!

Awwwww. Janet loves Jason, and Jason shows her a good time in Hungary (not innuendo). This is so lovely and perfectly Janet and Jason (and all the others in the little glimpses we get). The author manage to convey so much of the complicated inner thoughts of Janet and how she is and loves in not a lot of words, it’s really well done.

He thought about it and came to two conclusions: His inexperience was impacting his life; he wanted to take Beomgyu up on his offer.
He decided to ask days before he actually got enough liquid courage to do it. He had to pull a mildly tipsy, incredibly sexy Beomgyu out of the throng of people he was dancing with and into a quiet corner of the club in order to ask though. He was surprised that Beomgyu followed him so willingly. Beomgyu was dressed to get laid and that usually meant that he didn’t hang around Taehyun. Maybe it was different when Taehyun came and got him. He didn’t know. He’d never really done that before.

I really enjoyed this, it's a great read. Funny and sweet and you get so much of the TXTies personalities shining through the banter and the little moments between them and their friends. It gave me really strong feelings and I was so invested in Taehyun and Beomgyu in finally realising they love each other and are in a relationship that's more than convenience or teaching or being good friends. I also just really loved their honesty with each other, the way they talk through things and find the balance even with their differences.

Soobin gets his heart broken, but sometimes that's just the beginning of the story. He throws himself into dating various idols, but maybe he should be looking a little closer to home?
It still wasn't easy, and sometimes he just needed to wallow a little in his feelings. Somehow Beomgyu turned into the person he did it with. He knew Kai wanted to help, but he'd seen the deer in the headlights expression Kai got the one time he tried, so Soobin decided to be merciful. Maybe Taehyun could help but Taehyun would care too much. Soobin didn't really need that anymore. He needed someone to listen and then kick his ass. Beomgyu turned out to be surprisingly good at that.
"I don't know why you keep underestimating me," Beomgyu huffed, but softly, since Odi was deigning to be held in his hands for once. Beomgyu looked down at the tiny hedgehog with a besotted expression. "I'm Beomgyu, after all."

This is just so so good on the best friends and soulmates feelings ;__; It gets that dilemma of not wanting to cross the line but hoping the other person does so well, and it's just the best kind of requited pining with a happy ending. And I love the friendship with Yeonjun as well, the history packed in just a few pieces of dialogue (including the hilarious cameo by Hueningkai).
