Summary
Seyka has committed the ultimate crime.
After stealing a Diviner’s Focus in an effort to save her people, Petty Officer Seyka is cast out of the Quen. Thrown into the wilds with nothing but her sword and the desperation to stay alive, she journeys east to seek shelter in the bustling settlement the locals call Meridian—away from the spears of the Tenakth and the bloodlust of the rebels.
After months of struggle, death, and grief, Seyka has reached the farthest edge of the Sundom, finally seeing the path to Meridian within her reach.
Until she meets a redheaded huntress in the woods of the Daunt… wielding a Focus.
A complete retelling of Horizon Forbidden West, set in an AU where Seyka joins Aloy at the very beginning of her adventure in Chainscrape.

Summary
With the mysterious patterns on her skin marking her as chosen by God, Rumi is a symbol of sanctity and divinity. Living sequestered away on a remote monastery, she knows her life: simple, easy, familiar. It’s all she could ever ask for.
Nothing could have prepared her for the arrival of a certain enigmatic stranger at the monastery, and the way their lives would intertwine after.

Summary
Rumi is a legacy, born into the game, sharpened by its demands, and slowly splintering beneath the weight of perfection. Everyone sees a prodigy. She sees the cracks. Her sets are clean, calculated, and full of control, but there’s desperation behind every toss. Then there’s Mira: tall, unshakable, terrifyingly smart. Her wall is ruthless, her cross shots deadly, and she doesn’t play by Rumi’s script, not if she sees a better way. Zoey is all motion and heart, underestimated until she isn’t, digging up the impossible and hitting with a kind of joy that feels like defiance. Together, they could be brilliant. Together, they could be more than the sum of their scars. But Rumi has secrets she won’t name, Mira won’t follow blind, and Zoey’s smile masks the strain of trying to be enough. They’re not perfect. They don’t trust easily. But if they can learn to move as one — to reach through the dark and connect — they might just become a team worth fearing.

Summary
“Showing off this early, Kang?”
“Only for you, Ryu,” Mira hums, carving a wide circle around the shorter woman. Rumi sets her jaw, eyes tracking Mira’s every glide, her brow pulled low. A warm, stubborn heat creeps up her chest. Mira loves this–loves how easily she can get under Rumi’s skin.
“Fuck off,” Rumi snaps, pushing away across the ice.
Mira follows.
She skates backwards with long, deliberate strides, feet crossing cleanly as she keeps pace, never giving Rumi the space she’s attempting to create. “Not getting away that easily, princess.”
Rumi snaps her head back to Mira, eyes ablaze. “Don’t even–” She cuts herself off with a sharp sigh, flipping a single finger in her direction. Mira just laughs.
Why was winding Rumi up so intoxicating? Mira doesn’t know. Or rather, she doesn’t care enough to find out.
OR, Heated Rivalry, but give me figure skaters, women and some good ole Rumira who are absolutely awful at feelings.
