2.) Sharing a bed. (A pipe burst in their apartment and they have to get a hotel room, what are they supposed to do?)
3.) Having sex with each other. (Sexual tension is taut between them, and they’re getting it out of their system. But then they’re doing it again. And again, and then one last time, for real . . . Fifth time’s the charm, surely.)
What’s next, falling in love? Yeah, right.

Really, if you were to ask her, she thinks it would be a simple fix. But she doesn't want simple. She knows if she were to outright ask Conrad “Can you get off the roof and put your hands on me, please?”, he’d do it with no hesitation. Belly knows her husband well. He loves touching her as much as she loves touching him. Her man is a doctor, handyman, but more importantly to her, he was her husband who was just as madly in love with her as she was with him.
But she found herself questioning silently - where was the fun in being nice after being left alone in bed? Belly thinks back to the baby blue bikini, a new suit she bought with intentions to make her husband go a little crazy with wearing his favorite color, sitting in her suitcase as she took another piece of apple to bite on.

Conrad has a rough plan for most days: scheduled appointments, things he has to do, things he better do and things he would like to do. And plans change, that’s completely normal. He just never expects the reason for the change of plans to be Belly landing in California in an hour.
Tremor doesn’t reach his hands before he replies to her messages. But just as he does and Conrad blocks the phone, his hands start trembling so hard the phone falls between his knees and he lets his fingers tangle in his hair and tug hard trying to feel something to assure his brain it’s not a dream. Belly in California, willing to see him? He had too many dreams starting exactly this way not to question his sanity at least for a moment.
'Can't Stop' made me do it, but TTPD is the official soundtrack. It gets better before it gets even better and barely ever gets worse. It's a fluff and smut train, but angsty feelings will be addressed

I couldn't stop myself from thinking about all the milestones Belly and Conrad blow through in episode 11, and somehow that turned into a multi-chapter fic telling episode 11 and beyond in Conrad's point-of-view.
