He’d been given that callsign for a reason. One of the things Slider loved about the man, one of the reasons he knew he could trust him was because of that level-headedness. Slider had seen it shine through from situation to situation, year to year.
So yeah, Slider knew that even if Tom wasn’t 100% on board with this thing that Ron and Nick were doing - although the more he thought about it the more Slider really didn’t know why he wouldn’t be."
