Andre should feel happy. He beat the game and got a new personal best. But the :pogchamps: the chat had simultaneously spammed were slowly being pushed off his screen. And Andre felt nothing. He understands that he does not understand, and that's what frustrates him the most.
What is this shame? This embarrassment?

Avery lived off the unexplainable urge to find that mystery person that left him that book in his Minecraft world. He wasn’t expecting anything but he certainly wasn’t expecting to find a broken man clinging to life or his mother worried sick.

Through the opening Avery just managed to make out a human shaped lump laying under the covers of a bed. He could only glimpse at the lump’s face almost entirely covered in curly, knotted hair before the door shut again.
The mother backed away with an apologetic look. “He… he is still asleep. Nothing will be able to wake him, he is a very heavy sleeper lately.”

He traced his fingers through the indents. The base of it was sleek black, and its keyboard lit up red when turned on. A gaming laptop, perfect for every use, the worker by the window had advertised him.

Between the prank wars, steady trickle of deeply traumatized refugees, soul editing, and newly-formed army for a six year old, nobody can even begin to argue that Sanctuary isn't a very, very, very weird version of the Dream SMP.
But it's only going to get weirder, because roleswapped Dream, Tommy, and Purpled-- Day, Theo, and Vio-- are still under marching orders to travel the multiverse and witness, intervene, and rescue people as needed.
Or: a continuation of the Sanctuary AU, with a return to the segmented multiverse travel/shenanigans at home style.
You're not going to want to go into this one blind. Things are extremely strange in this AU, and you're gonna be so incredibly lost without any context.

In spring he plants the seeds; in summer he culls the stalks; in autumn he harvests them; and in winter he watches them decay.
