One of the Jetii’s scarred, pretty hands reached out and travelled to Jaster’s neck which had the latter stiffen. “What are you doing?”
“Making sure your heart doesn’t fail while you sleep.” Jon replied. This Jetii was strange.
“Your hand is putting too much pressure. I can’t sleep like this.”
“I would rather not find you dead in the morning.” Jon replied, his hand not moving, “Healing you would be a waste of energy if that were to happen.”
“At least put your hand lower– how do you expect a Thaung-descendant to sleep when their ancient enemy is choking them?”
It was hard to see the Jetii’s face below that deep hood of his. “Very well.” Jon scooted a bit closer. Jaster moved up and rested his head on top of the Jetii’s thigh.
“What are you doing?” Jon demanded.
“Shhh, sleep speeds up the healing process.” Jaster mumbled.
Another sigh told Jaster just how much he was pissing Jon off, but the Jetii kept his cool and slowly settled. It was actually surprisingly comfortable to lie down like this.

Summary
The Force– strong and Light as ever– greeted Ben as an old friend. A breeze blowing Ben’s hood off and moving his robes. As if a hand gently brushed through his hair– as if the Force was comforting him.
The beautiful colours painting the atmosphere. Another melody in the cool and icy evening air. Marching in the background.
Ben closed his eyes, listening to it.
It was the shift of armour, the clang of Beskar against Beskar, snapped Ben out of his quiet reflection and mourning.
Ben opened his eyes and looked over his shoulder. Behind him were three Mando’s approaching him from all sides and cornering him. Turning to face those approaching him, Ben tilted his head.
“Tion’cuy?”
“Naasade.” Ben replied as he jumped back onto the railing, spread his arms and let himself fall back.

Or, Ben Kenobi is sent back into time to prepare the Order for what he knows is to come. The Future is always in motion after all.

Summary
What if Harry Potter had a much more mischievous side, one that was locked away thanks to everyone's favorite manipulative old geezer.
It starts at the end of Harry's fourth year, as the shock and stess from the events in the graveyard forces him to enter into a magically induced coma.
For twelve hours, he's asleep, the trauma of seeing Cedric die and seeing the ghosts of his parents, not to mention the return of Voldemort, breaks down a thirteen year old magical barrier in Harry's mind, awakening a part of Harry long since thought lost.
Suddenly, its chaos. the Boy-Who-Lived vanishes with a magical motorcycle and an ancient snake, the death eaters are being harassed in the worst way (You know, fire and destruction), the Ministry is being its usual cowardly self, and Dumbledore is trying to find how it all went wrong.
And then, at the start of 5th year, a very different Harry Potter shows up, with an Agenda in hus mind designed to flip the Wizarding World on its head, and the determination to do it.

Summary
Familiar’s have incredibly strong bonds with their witches, so much so that they can become one in body and mind. They can feel one another’s thoughts, see through each other’s eyes, hear through each other’s ears, and in some cases, use one another’s magic.
When this bond is broken, it has a heavy toll on the hearts and minds of witches and familiars. Death is the most common cause of a broken bond, leaving witches insane in the wake of their lost companion. It leaves familiars forever broken, alone, until their mind succumbs to the wild instincts their witch’s magic once warded off. To put it simply, they’ll die of loneliness and heartbreak.
Most familiars don’t survive the loss of their witch.
But Tommy is nothing if not a stubborn son of a bitch, and he’s been through it four times.
He finds a hill and watches the sunset, letting his mind slip away and hoping something comes to kill him.
A hand reaches out in the darkness, cradling the familiar like an old friend.

Summary
Streetlife isn’t luxurious. It’s dirty clothes and gritty broken nails. Cold nights shivering under thin burlap cloth. Squirreling away any scrap of food he wants to keep. Inconvenient, in a lot of ways. Ranboo can’t say he hates it, exactly. He also can’t say he’d wish it on anybody.
It’s not the best way to live, but it’s not the worst either—not by a landslide.
Looking at the beggars hacking their sickness away into tattered sleeves, he thinks they’d probably disagree. Use stronger words at least. Call it miserable. Dangerous. Downright awful. And that’d be a…a fair assessment. He can’t argue it anyway. Ranboo’s memory is flimsy at the best of times and actually nonexistent at the worst, but he can’t shake the strong opinion bunched between his ribs that there are worse things than lacking a bed to sleep or food to eat.
Basically, it’s a matter of perspective.
(Or, how Ranboo stumbles into the only family he's ever known and sets about earning their love--because he has to earn it, right?)
